ABOUT KATHRYN

Kathryn lives in Sydney, Australia.

She is the author of over 20 children’s ministry curriculum programs full of stories, lessons, games and activities that are used in thousands of churches all over the world.

Kathryn writes devotional bible reading plans for kids, families and pre-teens that are published on the YouVersion platform with over 167,000 subscribers and translated into multiple languages. She has also written for children’s television shows ‘A Big Life’ and ‘Cubbyhouse’ and has had articles featured in Kidzmatter Magazine and various blogs.

Kathryn also writes less fun (but very important) things, like policies, procedures, resources and training programs to help organisations better protect people.

Kathryn loves to communicate the truth of God’s Word to children and young people in a way that is engaging and creative. Kathryn can be found preaching and teaching children in her local church, where she has been on staff for 20 years (more than half her life!).

Kathryn is an expert at finding adventure and a good story in almost anything. She knows all the best cafes in Sydney and which ones also have a place to plug in her laptop!

Child Safety Training Session Feedback

“Thank you for a really excellent presentation, where you were able to cover a great deal of territory in just the right amount of detail in the 2 hour period. The feedback I have received has been overwhelmingly positive, and you were able to create a real understanding of the issues and challenges we need to tackle in a united way in the Church. Congregation members were very complimentary about your presentation style and your very obvious grasp of the detail, particularly in the Q&A session.”
