Book Week - Author Visit - Australian Christian College

In August 2025 I visited Australian Christian College for Book Week 2025

We had two massive sessions in the hall covering all of the primary age students. It was the same day as their book parade so all the students were in their amazing book week costumes!

Together we went on a journey, following the Australian CBCA Book Week Theme of Book An Adventure. We explored where books can take us, how to get your story to it’s destination and what the journey to becoming an author might look like.

We had so much fun playing the ‘guess the story’ game and spinning the giant ‘story wheel’ to give us prompts of our own story ideas.
